I asked for flowers from a competitor web site for my daughter’s 40th birthday while we celebrated in Taylor Michigan. The arrangement was far better than what I expected. I have ordered from them for every event while in Taylor and never disappointed.

Bloom Haus went above and beyond to re-deliver a plant that a funeral home accidentally gave to another family. Though no fault of their own, they reached out weeks later (holiday phone tag..) to make sure our recipient received our token of sympathy. I thought that was so kind and not at all necessary since they did originally deliver the plant in the first place. The second delivery was not within their delivery zone, but they said they will deliver it personally over the weekend free of charge. I just think they were amazing!

very accomodating for my friend who had covid and stayed in the hospital for almost 90 days he is coming home and I wanted a balloon bouquet to welcome him home ! I had a big hersey kiss delivered to them so they could wrap it around to help him through his joy of being able to say he survived this terrible trama.
